Healing Valley will celebrate Bhutanese and Himalayan creativity through art, craft, performance and cultural exchange. The aim is not simply to display culture to visitors, but to create spaces where traditions can be practised, taught, shared and carried forward.
Living traditions. Enduring creativity.
The existing Healing Valley vision calls for a vibrant centre supporting arts, crafts, performing arts and cultural exchange while preserving living traditions for future generations. That idea should remain central to this pillar.
Preservation through participation
A tradition remains alive when people continue to practise it, teach it, commission it, reinterpret it responsibly and value the skill required to sustain it. Healing Valley should therefore treat culture as a living relationship between people - not as decoration for the destination.
