H.E. The 9th Neytrul Rinpoche
FOUNDER & CEO
His Eminence Neyphug Trulku Rinpoche, known as Neytrul Rinpoche, was born in Bhutan in 1980 and was recognised by the late His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche as the 9th reincarnation of Terton Ngawang Dragpa (1525-1599), the first Neyphug Trulku and an important treasure revealer in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition.
Â
A Professor of Buddhist Studies, Rinpoche is known for his depth of understanding of Buddhist philosophy and practice and for teaching in a way that is warm, accessible and grounded. He carries the spiritual lineage of Neyphug Thegchen Tsemo Monastery, first built in 1550 and the principal seat of the Neyphug Trulkus.
Â
In 2006, Rinpoche founded the Neyphug Thegchen Tsemo School, which provides a home and education for underprivileged children from different parts of Bhutan.
Â
As Founder and CEO of Healing Valley, Rinpoche brings the project its spiritual foundation, connection to Bhutanese tradition and a long-term vision of healing, education, compassion and service.

Our Aspirations
To build a place people come to not merely consume an experience, but to be changed by one - through better health, deeper reflection, meaningful learning, living culture, nature and human connection.
Â
And to do so in a way that creates value for Bhutan: supporting knowledge, skills, cultural continuity, local opportunity and institutions that can endure beyond a single generation.
